1 x 400g can baby corn, drained 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped or 1 x 135ml can diced capsicums, drained 2 teaspoons butter salt and pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon green dill tips, fresh or dried
Place bay corn across centre of foil, lay peppers over the top, dot with small pieces of butter and season with salt, pepper and dill. Fold ends over and roll top to form a secure parcel. Cook in fry pan for time given.
Serves 4 Cooking time: 20 minutes approx. 25cm (10 inches) aluminum foil
