Apple Chips Recipe |

Don't take your eyes off these chips. Little fingers tend to come and 'lift them' before they ever reach the table.
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1cm (1/2 inch) thick chips 1/4 cup corn flour
Preheat deep frying oil. Place corn flour into plastic bag, shake apple chips in bag with corn flour. Dip frying basket into preheated oil to prevent chips sticking. Lift basket, add the chips and lower into oil. Fry for 1 minute. The chips do not need to brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
Serves 4 Cooking time: 1 minute
