You will need:-
185 g (6 oz) flour
½ teaspoon salt
pinch pepper
7 g (¼ oz) yeast, fresh or dried
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1¼ cups tepid water
Sift flour, salt and pepper into bowl. Dissolve yeast with the sugar
and 1 tablespoon of the warm water. Set aside until yeast starts to
bubble. Make a well in the centre of the flour, add yeast mixture and
gradually stir in the flour, adding enough of the water to make a thick
cream. Let stand for 30 minutes before using.
