Tartare Sauce Recipe

You will need:-

150 ml (¼ pt) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
2 teaspoons capers, chopped
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice or tarragon vinegar


Mix all ingredients well and leave to stand for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.


Note: This sauce goes well with seafood and cold chicken.
