Chocolate Sauce Recipe

You will need:-

150 ml (¼ pt) milk
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 tablespoon butter
60 g (2 oz) dark chocolate, grated
1 tablespoon brandy, optional

 

Cooking Time:- 5 minutes

 

Mix 2 tablespoons m ilk with the corn flour and stir mixture into remaining milk. Add butter, chocolate and sugar and cook over gentle heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened and smooth. Add brandy and serve hot. Serves 4.
