This is very good with seafood.
You will need:- ¼ cup tomato sauce or juice ¾ cup mayonnaise 1 stick celery, very finely chopped ½ green pepper, very finely chopped 1 tablespoon horseradish cream 1 clove garlic, crushed ¼ cup cream ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce salt to taste
Mix all ingredients thoroughly together and adjust seasoning. Chill before serving.
