Guacamole Soup Recipe

You will need :-

2 ripe medium avocados

1.5 cups water

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2.5 teaspoons seasoned salt

Dash red pepper sauce

1 medium tomato, chopped

 

Cut avocados lengthwise into quarters. Remove pits and peel. Blend avocado, water and milk in blender until smooth. Add lemon juice, seasoned salt and red pepper sauce; mix thoroughly. Fold tomato into soup; chill thoroughly. 8 servings (1/2 cup each).

 

Note:

 

No blender? Press avocado through sieve. Gradually beat in water, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in seasonings and tomato.
