Mushroom Pilaf Recipe

You will need :-

2 oz. ghee or butter

2 small onions, finely chopped

4 oz. mushrooms, sliced

1 teaspoon salt

˝ teaspoon Masala salt

1 quantity boiled rice

2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

 

Cooking Time:- 10 minutes

 

Melt ghee or butter in deep or shallow fry pan on medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Reduce heat a little, add mushrooms and salt, fry gently for a further 2 minutes. Add Masala salt, stir well. Add rice and fork all ingredients together until well mixed and very hot. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.

 

Serves 4.
