Quick Chicken Casserole Recipe

You will need :-

3 tablespoons oil

6 small chicken pieces

16 oz can mushroom soup

 

Oven Setting:- 350°F; Gas Mark 4

 

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over a gentle hear for 15 minutes until golden. Put into a casserole and pour over the soup. Cover and cook in a moderate oven (350°F; Gas Mark 4) for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with a little parsley before serving, if liked.
