Sausage and Potato Pot Recipe |

You will need :- 8 oz. onions 4 oz. bacon 1 lb. large or chipolata pork sausage pepper ½ pint boiling water 12 oz. potatoes
Slice the onions thinly and put into a heavy pan. Add the bacon, cut into large pieces, and the whole sausages. Season well with pepper and add the boiling water. Put a piece of greaseproof paper on top and cover with a tight lid. Simmer gently for 40 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into large chunks. Add to the saucepan and continue simmering for 20 minutes. Garnish with a little finely chopped parsley if liked.
