Cheesy Buttered Noodles Recipe |

3 oz. unsalted butter
3 oz.
cheese, grated
Preparation Time
5 minutes
Cooking Time
8 minutes
Cook noodles
in a large saucepan of salted, boiling water for 7-8 minutes or until
soft. Drain well and pile into a large, hot serving dish. Season well
with salt and pepper. Cut butter
into small pieces and mix into noodles with the cheese. Serve more
unsalted butter and a large piece of cheese separately.
Serves 4.
Quick Tip
If no grated cheese is at hand, use semi-soft cheese, and simply cut it
into small cubes. The hot noodles will melt it almost as quickly as grated
hard cheese.
