Ham Stuffed Peaches Recipe

You will need:-

1 x 16 oz. can peach halves

4 oz. sliced, cooked ham

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 teaspoons chopped parsley

salt and pepper

lettuce

parsley sprigs

 

Preparation Time:- 10 minutes

 

Strain juice from peaches and drain them on kitchen paper.

 

Mince ham finely and mix with mayonnaise and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

 

Pipe or spoon into stone cavity of fruit. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serves 4.

 

Quick Tip

 

For a party, make a ham dip. Add 4 oz. minced ham and 1 teaspoon mad mustard to ¼ pint thick mayonnaise. Season to taste and serve with crisps or savory biscuits.
